Tex Pave Experts has served the Dallas–Fort Worth area and Northeast Texas for more than three decades, with roots going back to 1990. Founded by the Millsap family, we are a third-generation asphalt contractor built on hands-on experience passed down through the family. When you hire Tex Pave Experts, you get a crew that is on site working alongside you day to day — not a name that disappears once the contract is signed.

Our philosophy is simple: do the job right the first time. We don’t force projects or rush jobs to get paid. Technology and In-House Expertise That Sets Us Apart

Not many paving companies in the DFW and Northeast Texas area can match our combination of multi-generational experience and modern technology. We run industry-leading equipment, including pavers equipped with Topcon grade control, 3D topography systems, RTK systems, and laser transits.

We also perform all civil project site plan takeoffs in-house. This lets us read, understand, and calculate exact project quantities, then hand the customer a tangible, detailed estimate to review. We apply the same planning, evaluation, and attention to detail required on large-scale civil work to every job we take — even the smallest residential driveway.
